Your Wheeling wedding includes a complimentary suite for the bride and groom, special guest room rates, butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, an elegant three-course dinner, a multi-tiered wedding cake, a champagne toast, wine service with dinner, votive candles, and white linen service.  Our 412 guest rooms and suites feature our signature Westin Heavenly Bed® and Heavenly Bath®, providing an incredibly peaceful and refreshing haven. Work through your wedding day nerves in our WestinWORKOUT® Gym, or unwind before the big event with a relaxing swim in the indoor pool.

OUR WEDDING VENUES
The Westin Chicago North Shore perfectly combines downtown style and elegance, with the relaxed feel of a suburban location. Our four ballrooms are able to host affairs ranging from 50 to 1,200 guests. With more than 35,000 square feet of flexible event space under one roof, the only limit to your storybook wedding is your imagination.

The Ravinia Grand Ballroom features pendant-style chandeliers that span the 15,000 square-foot ballroom, casting dramatic illumination across the space. The Ravinia accommodates up to 800 for dinner and dancing or 1,200 for reception-style events. 

The River Ballroom is the perfect location for hosting up to 300 for dinner and dancing. This ballroom features an outdoor terrace and a pond surrounded by lush perennials. The outdoor terrace is exclusive to events taking place in the River Ballroom and is an ideal location for outdoor cocktails.

EVENT CATERING AND CUISINE
Our culinary experts will instinctively prepare a menu that delights your palate as well as your imagination. We are able to create everything from traditional cuisine to vegetarian, and kosher options. Our hotel has one of the only state-of-the-art kosher kitchens in the United States, and we offer full-scale meat and dairy CRC-approved kosher catering. Our expert culinary team is educated in innovative and upscale glatt kosher culinary presentations. Our complete attention will be focused on ensuring that each detail of your menu is handled respectfully and in keeping with your wishes.
